ASMR | Gentle EMDR Therapy [Pendulum, Soft Spoken] 💎

Hello my fabulous flowers, in today's ASMR soft spoken video, I'll be doing a full EMDR session, but with a pendulum this time.

Like I say at the beginning, I have another version done without a pendulum but with follow my finger and a flashlight, and where I explain the therapy a bit more in depth before. So if you've never heard of EMDR before, maybe check out that one first!

Also also, like stated, I'm not a professional therapist, so please don't use this as a substitute for therapy, or if you're not feeling ready to tackle anything heavy. I have many other lighter videos that you can watch, and I want to make sure you're safe and happy! 😊
