ASMR Light Triggers | Follow The Light, Focus and Follow My Instructions | Soft Spoken - Focus, Don't Get Distracted, Pay Attention, etc.

Hi there, hi! Following instructions/focus/don't get distracted is my new favourite style of video to watch lately, I'm absolutely obsessed with them so i wanted to try my hand at making a few of my own. This is my first one! I you guys like, I would definitely love to do more of these :)

Light triggers
Focus, follow instructions
Look at the light, follow the light, ignore the light
Switch focus between two lights
Light tracing
Look at this/ignore that
Focus on me, don't get distracted
Hand movements
Candle burning, flames
