[ASMR] Therapist Roleplay | Soft Spoken | Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Session #1

Hey everyone, welcome back! Tonight I wanted to bring you a therapist roleplay, which I've been wanting to do for a while. This video follows a very specific therapeutic approach - cognitive behavioural therapy - and in this introductory session I introduce you to the ideas of CBT and talk through lots of examples. If you guys would be interested I would like to follow this up with more therapy roleplays in a little series.

Disclaimer - I am NOT a real cognitive behavioural therapist or mental health professional, so please take this video with a grain of salt, it if helps you then that is amazing however please bear in mind that it is just a roleplay meant for relaxation and entertainment purposes. If you have mental health problems then I urge you to consult your GP or seek help from a real therapist. I have done quite a lot of self study on CBT and I have many books on the subject as I find it fascinating, so one of my goals of this video is to share with you some of the things i have learned that might help you.
