In this video I explain what Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is and how it can help you to resolve the problem(s) that you are facing. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help you not just to feel better on a day to day but it will equip you with the understanding and skills to ensure that you will continue to feel better far into the future.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy, one of over 500 talking therapies that currently exist.
