Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having sandwich cookies! One cookie basically consists of two butter cookies filled with chocolate. And I also found lemon cake flavor which is the white filling! So good. 😻 In Germany these cookies are also known as Prinzenrolle. I found this brand which makes a vegan version of it. 😻 What's your favorite type of cookie?
