May is Mental Health Awareness Month & so, I want to remind you all that whatever mental illness you may suffer with, (including lesser known/understood conditions like OCD, PTSD, DID, BPD, bipolar, Schizophrenia etc) you're not alone & you're going to be okay.
I know how terrifying it can be to suffer with mental illness & I hope my videos can help support those who are struggling - especially in these challenging times. I hope this helps you relax, sweet dreams 🌙
P.s. during editing I realised how long the breathing counts are, so please don't feel bad if you can't inhale/hold/exhale for the full amount of time, just inhale/hold/exhale for as long as you feel comfortable doing so.
