In this soft spoken guided mindfulness session, we’ll begin with some somatic relaxation techniques to gently release tension. From there, we’ll flow into an uplifting meditation, ending with a breathwork countdown alongside the soft crackle of candlelight.
This is a peaceful blend of classic ASMR triggers as well as mindfulness techniques including personal attention, EFT tapping, face massage, mirrored touch, face pressing, guided loving-kindness meditation, crackling candle, breathwork, countdowns, and more.
