I love yoga. It is as simple as that. Yoga is a huge part of me, my life and my beliefs...not just from a physical point of view but in my outlook as a creator and therefore, of human kindness and humility. Yoga has no place for competition or ego and it does not mind what you look like or of your standing in the community; it is accepting and humble and always...grounding.

I hope that you might find some moments of stillness here and see beyond the phsyical.
