ASMR | Guided Relaxation ✨ Gentle Hand Movements ✨ Mesmerizing Visuals

Hello my psychedelic siphons (is it still an alliteration if the letters aren't the same?), today is the requested return of the green screened nail effect, which results in some psychedelic and mesmerizing visuals.

We'll be doing a calming and relaxing guided meditation with some layered sounds, with some gentle hand movements as a visual trigger. Then the last third of the video will be a soundscape of gentle waves, birds, and rustling leaves leftover from the guided meditation so you can drift off to sleep. I'll be both softly speaking and whispering throughout.
