ASMR whispered yoga

it was very short and sweet and I'd like to tell you why but a lot has happened between then and now, even though it's only been a few days between recording and uploading. I imagine I was on my way to the tool shed to start on another project whilst collecting the laundry from the landing floor; because for some reason, people don't seem to be able to manage to put it in the laundry bin which is approximately 1 inch from said pile on the floor. I've no doubt that on arriving at the utility room, I would have been distracted by something else...ah yes, the water softener that needed filling and the bird feeders that required my attention. I'm sure you get the picture by now. My brain is sometimes unable to keep up with me and therefore, I live a bit of a wonky and wonderfully weird life where things don't always happen in the right order and with good intention, I just end up doing what I want instead of what I need to do but at the end of the day...my family is still alive and the laundry, as ever, continues to be left on the floor...just one inch away from the laundry bin...some things will never change.

If you'd like more yoga, I promise to make an effort to record in my yoga room with some thought about the entire flow...unless I am distracted by socks that require darning.
